No. Brands doing UGC don't care how many followers you have. They're paying for the content itself, not your reach. Your follower count is completely irrelevant. Brands have their own distribution, they just need someone who can film convincing content on their phone. That's it.
Yes. The whole program is built for beginners. You'll build your portfolio from scratch during the program, so by the time you're pitching brands you already have work to show them. You don't need to have done this before. You just need a phone and the willingness to actually follow the steps.
